- Q. What is Patriot Place Rewards?
Patriot Place has created a new concept in rewards. Simply register the Visa®
cards you currently carry for the Patriot Place Rewards Program and begin earning
Patriot Place Rewards points while you enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment
at Patriot Place. Patriot Place Rewards is an independent rewards program and is
not affiliated with or sponsored by your Visa card’s issuing bank. Enroll one or
all of your existing eligible cards – and why not? – your existing Visa card rewards
benefits offered by your issuing bank will not be affected and you can enroll in
Patriot Place Rewards at no extra cost!
As a Patriot Place Rewards member, the points you earn are separate and distinct
from your other Visa card rewards program and membership is available
at no extra cost. All you need to do is register your existing Visa cards
and enjoy shopping at Patriot Place.
It’s worth repeating: There is no limit to the number of eligible Visa cards you
can enroll and you still receive all of the benefits offered by
your issuing bank’s Visa card rewards program!
Then, as you earn Patriot Place Rewards points, redeem them for unique Patriot Place-related
experiences, tickets to Gillette Stadium events, Autographed Merchandise and Special
Access only available to Patriot Place Rewards members.

- Q. How do I enroll?
Enroll online by following the instructions provided to complete our secure enrollment
form. The form includes providing a valid e-mail address and password so that you'll
be able to log in to our website to check your Patriot Place Rewards point balance
and redeem the points for exclusive rewards. Also, you will be able to enroll any
or all of the qualifying Visa cards you currently use so that you can earn Patriot
Place Rewards points on any purchases made at Patriot Place. For more information

- Q. What information do I need to provide when I enroll?
When you enroll online, you must provide your name, complete address, email address,
contact phone number (including area code) and an eligible Visa card number. To
complete enrollment online, you must set up your account, which includes a valid
e-mail address and password.
- Q. Do all Visa debit card transactions qualify to receive Patriot Place Rewards
No. PIN or ATM based debit card transactions are not eligible to receive Patriot
Place Rewards points. You may enroll and use certain Visa debit cards in the program,
however, when prompted at a keypad, simply press "CREDIT", not "DEBIT". Purchases
made using your Personal Identification Number (PIN) do not qualify for points under
- Q. Are all Visa credit cards eligible for the Patriot Place Rewards Program?
Participation in Patriot Place Rewards is subject to the eligibility requirements
set forth in the Patriot Place Rewards Program Rules, accessible at
www.patriot-place.com/rewards. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed
to be a waiver of the Patriot Place Rewards Program Rules. Participation in Patriot
Place Rewards is limited to eligible Visa consumer debit, credit, and general prepaid
and prepaid gift cards. Visa commercial and business cards, and certain Visa prepaid
cards (including, without limitation, Visa health and benefit cards and Visa prepaid
commercial cards) are not eligible for enrollment or participation in Patriot Rewards.

- Q. Why do I need to enroll a credit card with Patriot Place Rewards?
Our goal at Patriot Place Rewards is to provide members with an easy-to-use rewards
program that rewards you for enjoying shopping, dining and entertainment at Patriot
Place. We track your qualified purchases made with your enrolled Visa card at Patriot
Place. Then, we use the transaction information to update your Patriot Place Rewards
account with the correct point totals. With Patriot Place Rewards, there are no
ID cards to present or coupons to clip. Our goal is to make the process of earning
- Q. How do I register additional Visa cards?
You can add or change your enrolled eligible Visa cards, and update any of your
other personal membership information by logging in and visiting "View/Edit Complete
Profile" located at www.patriot-place.com/rewards.
You can register an unlimited number of eligible Visa cards. When you register
more than one eligible Visa card issued in your name, all the points
accumulate into one membership point bank Register additional

- Q. Why do I need to provide a valid e-mail address and password?
Providing a valid e-mail address and password allows you access to our website.
There, you can see details about how you can earn points by shopping and dining
at Patriot Place. When you log in, you can also access your personalized and secure
account to do the following:
- View and edit your membership information online (name, address, credit/debit card
number, email address, etc).
- View the latest updates on new merchants and bonus offers.
- Monitor your point total.
- Redeem points for rewards.
- Q. When I enroll my eligible Visa card online, am I automatically eligible to earn
points with Patriot Place Rewards?
Yes. Upon enrolling an eligible Visa card at our Patriot Place Rewards website by
completing the easy online enrollment form, you will be entitled to earn points
and redeem them for rewards in the Patriot Place Rewards Catalog. Points are not
eligible for use until they are posted on an online statement.
- Q. Do I need to let any of the stores or merchants know that my card is registered
in Patriot Place Rewards?
No. We track your qualified purchases at participating Patriot Place merchants made
with your enrolled Visa card through our service providers, as you agreed at enrollment,
and use the transaction information to update your Patriot Place Rewards account
with the correct point totals and there is:
- No ID card to present.
- No special coupon to redeem.
- No membership number to remember.
- Q. Are there any purchases at Patriot Place that do not qualify for Patriot Place
Yes. Tickets purchased for any Gillette Stadium event (including, but not limited
to: New England Patriots games, New England Revolution games, concerts, and special
events) do NOT qualify for the receipt of points through Patriot Place Rewards,
however, Gillette Stadium concessions and merchandise on event days, DO qualify
for the receipt of points.
- Q. Does www.patriot-place.com/rewards
use technology to secure the Web site?
Yes. When you register your credit card or access your account information, you
are accessing our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information
you input before it is sent to us. Additionally, all of the customer data we collect
is protected to help prevent unauthorized access.
- Q. How do I access the Patriot Place Rewards website to monitor my accrued point
total and view the most up-to-date listings of qualifying merchants?
When you log on at the Patriot Place Rewards website with your e-mail address and
password, your past Patriot Place Rewards transactions can be viewed in your account
- Q. How are Patriot Place Rewards points tracked and credited to my account?
For every one (1) dollar in eligible new net retail purchase transactions charged
to your enrolled Visa card at Patriot Place, you receive one (1) point. We track
your qualified purchases at participating Patriot Place merchants made with your
enrolled Visa card through our service providers, as you agreed at enrollment, and
use the transaction information to update your Patriot Place Rewards account with
the correct point totals. The more you visit, shop and dine at Patriot Place the
closer you get to receiving exclusive rewards offered only through the Patriot Place
Rewards Program. Any points accumulated on returned purchases will be deducted from
your point bank when the return is verified. The number of points you have earned
during each rewards cycle and the cumulative number of points available will be
posted on your account. The cumulative number of points available is the sum of
all unexpired earned points minus any previously redeemed points. For more information

- Q. What do I do if I think there is an error in how my points have been credited
If you think a mistake has been made in your point total please visit the "Contact"
tab on www.patriot-place.com/rewards.
Submit a formal query and our customer service team will investigate the problem.
If you believe your point total has been mis-credited, we may ask you to provide
a copy of the receipt for the transaction(s) under dispute.
- Q. How do I redeem points for rewards?
You can redeem Patriot Place Rewards points through our website. Simply log on to
your account profile to verify that your current point total meets or exceeds the
number of points required to redeem the applicable reward. Next, click on the "Redeem
Points" tab to place a request for redemption of the desired reward. You must earn
a minimum of two hundred fifty (250) points before you can redeem points for a reward.
Once your redemption has been verified, the point total for the applicable reward
will be immediately deducted from your account.
- Q. How soon will the points be subtracted from my account after redemption?
As soon as your reward redemption is verified, the redeemed points will be subtracted
from your account total.
- Q. What type of emails will I be receiving and how often will they come?
Approximately once a week you will receive emails from Patriot Place that confirm
your status in the program, inform you of upcoming events in Patriot Place and notify
you of new merchant openings. You may also receive administrative emails, such as
registration and reward redemption confirmations.
- Q. How do I help ensure delivery of Patriot Place and Patriot Place Rewards emails?
Make sure you've provided a working, valid email address when you enroll. Also,
to ensure delivery of our messages to your inbox, you can add our address
email@example.com to your Address Book or Safe Senders List.
Finally, make sure your inbox isn't full and is capable of receiving new messages.
- Q. If I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your password. To
re-set your password, go to www.patriotplace.com/rewards
and click on "Log On" and then the "Forgot Password" link. If you forgot your User
Name, please click on “Log On” and then the "Forgot User Name" link.
- Q. Who do I contact if I have questions about my points?

To cancel your participation in the Patriot Place Rewards Program, please send an
email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
